Here is a little background information about some of the Training
Staff. They may look a little strange, but please don't be put off; they are all
extremely good at what they do!

If you came from
the Nottingham Pages you have already met Pat Crowley, the Manager
of the Beeston Office. Pat, an Irishman, has a ready wit and many a tale, and has
developed a particular knack of designing very good Access Databases.
Apart from running the office, he trains course in Windows,
Excel, and of course, Access. |

|
Alan Poxon
specialises in Word processing and Desk-top Publishing, and trains courses in Word,
Powerpoint, Publisher, and Adobe Pagemaker. He also trains Windows,
Excel,
and Outlook.
Alan learned most of his skills at British Coal, where he
began as a computer user before being trained as a trainer, moving quickly on to become a
Course Director at Cannock Training Centre. He then became Systems Administrator at the
Regional Headquarters at Eastwood Hall.
Alan's hobbies include keeping what hair he has left, and
Kiteflying. |

|
Andrew Hudson
is our expert in VB and other programming languages, but he also trains packages such as
Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Andrew's career has covered a range of Information Technology
roles, including quite a bit of time working for Boots the Chemists, before becoming a
full-time Trainer and Consultant.
In his spare time he and his daughter enjoy Ice Dancing -
look out Torvill and Dean (!?).

Sue Marsh has IT experience
spanning 27 years, with the majority spent as a specialist in Training and support
services, also for British Coal. Recent projects include the
development of User Guides for a Unix-based application system, and an in-house totally
automated office system.
She has developed and delivered Train The Trainer courses and run
specialist training for a range of PC networks, DEC VAX, Wang and mainframe office
products.
Sue knows so many products we've stopped counting. She even knows
packages no-one else has heard of. |
