Our scheduled courses run at regular
intervals for the most popular applications. The maximum number of delegates is limited to
six to ensure optimum attention from the lecturer and support for individual student
needs.
We are also pleased to operate company specific
training courses which are viable from as few as two delegates. Such courses are
frequently based on our standard course materials from which the client has selected the
range of topics most appropriate to their particular operations. Equally, we are able to
offer courses tailored from 'scratch' to meet particular needs.
All our courses are conducted by highly
experienced lecturers who have learned their subjects in the real world of business. We do
not use any self-teach techniques in our training sessions, so the student has the full
and active support of the lecturer at all times.
Each delegate attending an Onsite course has
exclusive use of a Personal Computer. A full course manual (or in certain circumstances a
book) is supplied to each person, and a Certificate of completion is printed at the end.
The effectiveness of our approach can be judged by
the repeat business we receive from our clients and by the delegates comments, given both
verbally and on the Course Appraisal forms.
Onsite also provides ongoing telephone support for
delegates who have attended our courses. They can telephone with queries or problems
relating to the software taught for a period of 90 days following the course. Where
possible, we will provide immediate assistance, or if this is not possible, will endeavour
to provide a solution in the shortest possible time.
