Microsoft Outlook - Introduction Courses
Duration 1 Day
Objectives:
By the end of this course delegates will
have the necessary skills to use Microsoft Outlook for sending and receiving E-mail, creating
folders, address books and message housekeeping. You will also be using calendars,
planning appointments and arranging meetings, creating a contacts list, a task list,
creating notes and using the journal. All the facilities provided by Outlook, plus many
hints and tips for "quick key" usage of the system. The course can also
incorporate any Company standards which may be introduced.
Designed For:
This course is suitable for anyone who has not
used an E-mail system previously, and also for those who require to update to Outlook from other E-mail packages. No previous experience is assumed.
Description:
The aim of the course is for the delegates to
be fully conversant with all the concepts of Outlook by utilising the features
covered and also some of the advanced functionality. The course is run as a
"hands-on" practical workshop with all delegates and full interaction is
anticipated.
